Vulnerability Disclosure Policy
Terret's Vulnerability Disclosure Policy, effective January 3, 2019, encourages independent security researchers to responsibly report potential vulnerabilities via a private email to security@terret.ai, pledges no legal action if researchers adhere to the policy, and strictly prohibits harmful activities such as unauthorized data access, destructive actions, denial of service attacks, social engineering, testing beyond designated accounts, and any illegal conduct.

The Terret security team acknowledges the valuable role that independent security researchers play in Internet security. As a result, we encourage responsible reporting of any vulnerabilities that may be found in our site or applications. Terret is committed to working with security researchers to verify and address any potential vulnerabilities that are reported to us.
Please review these terms before you test and/or report a vulnerability. Terret pledges not to initiate legal action against researchers for penetrating or attempting to penetrate our systems as long as they adhere to this policy.
Reporting a potential security vulnerability
- 1.Privately share details of the suspected vulnerability with Terret by sending an email to security@terret.ai
- 2.Provide full details of the suspected vulnerability so the Terret security team may validate and reproduce the issue
Terret does not permit the following types of security research
While we encourage you to discover and report to us any vulnerabilities you find in a responsible manner, the following conduct is expressly prohibited:
- 1.Performing actions that may negatively affect Terret or its users (e.g. Spam, Brute Force, Denial of Service…)
- 2.Accessing, or attempting to access, data or information that does not belong to you
- 3.Destroying or corrupting, or attempting to destroy or corrupt, data or information that does not belong to you
- 4.Conducting any kind of physical or electronic attack on Terret personnel, property or data centers
- 5.Social engineering any Terret service desk, employee or contractor
- 6.Conduct vulnerability testing of participating services using anything other than test accounts (e.g. Developer or Trial Edition instances)
- 7.Violating any laws or breaching any agreements in order to discover vulnerabilities
The Terret security team commitment
We ask that you do not share or publicize an unresolved vulnerability with/to third parties. If you responsibly submit a vulnerability report, the Terret security team and associated development organizations will use reasonable efforts to:
- 1.Respond in a timely manner, acknowledging receipt of your vulnerability report
- 2.Provide an estimated time frame for addressing the vulnerability report
- 3.Notify you when the vulnerability has been fixed

Privacy Policy
Vocalo Inc. DBA Terret's Privacy Policy explains that they collect and process customer activity data from third-party services like GSuite and CRM platforms solely for business-related use, protect this data through secure OAuth authentication without storing passwords, limit personal information collection to identifiable details such as names and emails, and ensure data is only accessible to authorized users while emphasizing user consent and adherence to company policies.
Terms and Conditions
The Terms and Conditions, effective May 16, 2023, establish a legally binding agreement between users and Vocalo Inc. (dba Terret.ai) for the use of their sales intelligence platform, detailing subscription rights, user access controls, service availability disclaimers, maintenance scheduling, and provisions for evaluation periods subject to termination or subscription purchase.
Privacy Policy
Vocalo Inc. DBA Terret's Privacy Policy explains that they collect customer activity data from third-party services via secure OAUTH authentication, personal information necessary for service use, and recordings from outbound calls, all handled with strict confidentiality and user consent to protect privacy while enabling business-related functions through their website services.
User Data Deletion Policy
Terret's User Data Deletion Policy allows both end users and enterprise customers to request deletion of all or specific user data by emailing privacy@terret.ai, with deletion carried out upon company approval, and detailed policy information available via a provided link.
